Global Citizenship

What is a global citizen? And what does it mean to be a global citizen? Well, a global citizen is someone who instead of placing their identity in a particular place, they place it into a global community. A global community is the interconnection between every nation in the world. Another key part of global citizenship is being able to take part in the world to build a more great, and sustainable world. Some examples of this would be educating the world by producing learning resources, creating awareness campaigns, fundraising for non-profits, volunteering with a global focus, campaigning to create change and more. So really, global citizenship is what helps build our sustainable world, and makes it a better place, globally. So being a global citizen is very much important, and without global citizenship, we would not be any where we are today.
